All Sales are final. If product is damaged fill out contact form below and we will be in touch about replacing the damaged item upon return of said item. No refunds will be issued without a returned damaged good. Refunds will only be issued if the damaged item cannot be replaced. All customer service questions or disputes can be directed to the contact form below. There is no cancellation upon ordering a product. Hannah has the right to refuse commission projects based on her availability and the project request itself.
